Privacy Act 2020 Statement I/we authorise Online Finance NZ to collect, retain, and use personal information about me/us for the following purposes: • Assessing my/our creditworthiness. • Facilitating the financing, whether directly or indirectly, of my/our contract(s) and enforcing Online Finance NZ’s rights under those contracts. • Marketing and/or providing information about the goods and services offered by Online Finance NZ. I/we authorise Online Finance NZ to collect personal, financial, and commercial information about me/us from credit reporting agencies, credit providers, my/our employer(s), accountant(s), relatives, or other person(s) for the purposes outlined above. I/we authorise Online Finance NZ to provide this information: • To any person for the purposes outlined above. • To employees and agents of Online Finance NZ and/or any other party, in the ordinary course of business, for the purposes outlined above. • To credit agencies for maintaining accurate and effective records. I/we acknowledge that if I/we do not provide all or part of the information requested on this application form, my/our application for finance may be declined. I/we further acknowledge that under the Privacy Act 2020, I/we have the right to access any personal information collected by Online Finance NZ about me/us and to request corrections to that information. This information will be held at the office of Online Finance NZ or the registered offices of any nominated third party.
